Skjevrak joins Mazeppa straight from the position of Vice President at  Aarbakke, the world-leading machining company, which was recently awarded the title Norway’s Smartest Industrial Company for 2021. At Aarbakke, Erling has in recent years been responsible for ERP M3, and since then been project manager for the implementation of the cloud-based ERP solution, RamBase in the organization.

With a background as a civil engineer from Trondheim, Skjevrak has a versatile industrial experience at management level, and thus fits perfectly into Mazeppa’s growth journey ahead, as the focus will be on improvement processes and digitization of the industry.

“Over the course of 30 years, I have had the great pleasure and learning from working with various industries and with several employers: Everything from the development of agricultural tools and farming equipment to being a development manager for robots for the automotive industry and manufacturing of advanced equipment for the oil and gas industry. Now I look forward to contributing to the selection and implementation of the very best ERP-based solutions for Mazeppa’s customers”, says Erling.

As a consultant at Mazeppa, Skjevrak will mainly work as a project manager, but he will also offer general services within consulting on digitization, quality, risk management, process mapping, and implementation services.
